SHRI RAM VILAS PASWAN (Rosera): Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are given an adjournment motion.(Interruptions) I have given notice of an adjournment motion. The Aurangabad high court has already given the verdict against Shri Sharad Pawar. He is not only the is chief Minister but also a Member of the Lok Sabha.(Interruptions)

MR. SPEAKER: Honourable members, I have to inform the house of the sad demise of two of our former colleges, Sarvashri Inder J. Malhotra and Suresh Chandra Mishra.
Shri Inder J. Malhotra was a member of second, Third Fourth and Fifth Lok Sabha during 1959-77.
Keenly interested in agriculture, he was associated with many organisations that worked for the development of the agriculture including that of farmers "Parliamentary Forum during 1965-66.He also delivered lectures on Indian agriculture in various universities, colleges and professional organisations in U. S. A. and U. K.
A men of letters and a journalist, he edited "Krishi Sensar", a monthly magazine.
An active social worker, Shri Malhotra undertook many activities for village upliftment and the spread of literacy in rural areas.
During his long parliamentary career, he actively participated in the proceedings of the house and made valuable contribution thereto.
Shri Malhotra passed away on 24 march, 1993 at the age of 64 years.
Shri Suresh Chandra Mishra was a Member of First Lok Sabha during 1952-57 from Monghyr constituency of Bihar.
Shri Mishra was a freedom fighter and actively participated in the noncooperation movement launched by Ghandiji in 1920.
An agriculturist by profession, he was a dedicated political and social worker. He was also a men of letters and had many publications to his credit in Hindi.
Shri Mishra expired on 30 March, 1993 at the age of 90 years at Gavdhigrarn Gogri, District Monghyr in Bihar.

We deeply mourn the loss of these friends and I am sure that the house will join me in conveying our condolences to the bereaved families.
